Depois de gravar no ano passado, o DVD “Acredite”, no Marco Zero, em Recife, com uma legião de pessoas, João Gomes lança nesta quinta-feira, dia 30 de março, o “CD Raiz”, como o nome mesmo já diz, resgatando regravações de antigos sucessos que marcaram gerações, entre elas, “Seja Pra mim”, “Mais um beijo perdido”, “Doido Assim”, “Por causa dessa mulher”, “Perdoa”, “Sonho Lindo”, “Deusa de Itamaracá”, “Esperando aviões”, “Carro de Apaixonado”, “Tanta Solidão” e “Se não valorizar”. Tem ainda cinco músicas inéditas, entre elas, a faixa foco desse álbum se chama “Prejudicado”, uma canção no estilo Forró/Piseiro que fala sobre o término de um amor, tristeza e desabafo. Uma canção que vai atingir o coração de várias pessoas que estão na sofrência.
